Since its foundation, McKeever Rowan has been active in the trial of complex litigation on behalf of both corporate and personal clients. Litigation has always formed a major portion of our practice. Our lawyers provide specialist advice in all areas of civil and commercial litigation and engage in inter-departmental practice groups to ensure that the firm can provide a service of high standard, quality and excellence to all of its clients. Each lawyer in our Litigation Department practices litigation as his/her preferred choice of work. We represent our clients before the Superior Courts (i.e. the High Court and Supreme Court) and in the District and Circuit Courts in Ireland, in International and Domestic Arbitrations, in Tribunals of Enquiry, and in the European Courts. We have earned a strong reputation in banking and commercial litigation matters, and have for many years represented various financial institutions, insurance companies, oil and utility companies. McKeever Rowan has vast experience in acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury*, product liability, and defamation actions. We also provide advice on a broad range of employment/labour law issues from the drafting of employment contracts/policies to prosecuting and defending employee-related claims. Through its international associations McKeever Rowan provides its clients with access to legal services overseas thus facilitating involvement in international or cross-border litigation. These international associations have also caused us to develop a specialist unit dealing with all aspects of corporate immigration.
